Park Restaurant opened in Galway in December 1975 as "Eyre House Restaurant" on Eyre Square and quickly became the city's busiest and best loved restaurant. It's reasonably priced menu and wine list along with first class service, light-hearted and welcoming atmosphere make it the first choice for everybody - from romantic couples to families, from business people to friends catching up.

The Galway restaurant, owned and managed by local Galwegians Eamon Doyle and Kitty Carr, has become a Galway institution. Young customers who celebrated family occasions such as birthdays and First Holy Communions in the early days have now grown up and are taking their children to the Park for their special occassions.

The team of chefs led by Bob O'Keeffe serve freshly cooked, locally sourced food of a consistently high quality to an average over 3,000 people each week. The consistency of the quality of the food and the friendly and welcoming service are the compliments most often received by the restaurant management.

There is a menu to suit every occasion and taste at the Park. From the informal and great value Bar Food Menu at the Boss Doyle's Bar to the extensive a la carte menu in the Park Restaurant.
